1997/98 Canadian GP Preview

by Markus Kruggel

After the (extra) slow circuit of Monaco, the 5th round of the championship will see much faster action. The remarkable fact that both, qualifying and race records, are from 1995/96 may indicate that those times will be hard to beat still. But being on the hunt for a fast race is one thing - finishing is another: Last season, only six of 15 drivers did not retire early, and the previous seasons too made clear that Montreal really is a risky circuit.
